2022-2023 - Developed artwork and branding for Camel Clans NFT Project.
2023 Latest – Engaged to create 3D model/portrait of Travis Fimmel to be used in 3D printing for props in the Netflix series ‘ Boy Swallows Universe’
My role at Sculpt Studios was to handle anything involved with their digital fabrication processes. This would include a multitude of tasks such as;
- Working with clients to produce & design 3D & 2D digital assets which were then fabricated in a variety of different processes.
- Post-processing digital assets through CNC milling software, & 3d printing software to allow effective creation of physical props, products, signage, vehicles, molds, statues, theming, construction, & public art
- Physical fabrication of digital assets through the use of 3D printers (FDM & SLA), and CNC machinery (Thermwood 5 Axis - milling foam, wood, aluminum, plastic )
- Conceptual modeling & art for pitch decks which were submitted to government entities, tenders, & businesses for public art, projects, and theming.
During my time there we worked with clients such as Warner Brothers, Village Roadshow, DC Comics, Legendary Pictures, Marvel, Griffith University, Queensland Government, VRTP, Seaworld, MovieWorld, Earthstory, & many others
As the lead for art direction and NFT design, I steered the studio's branding, initial marketing, and launch phases, focusing on:
Crafting unique visual identities and NFT assets that aligned with the studio's vision and market positioning.
Leading creative initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring each project met high standards of artistic excellence and innovation.
Digital Media / 3D Design
As a Lecturer and Tutor in Digital Media and 3D Design, I played a key role in educating and mentoring students at Griffith University. My responsibilities encompassed:
Curriculum Development - Crafted and delivered engaging course content and workshops across software like 3ds Max, Maya, Adobe Premiere, ZBrush, and Mudbox.
Student Support - Provided personalised feedback and guidance, promoting a supportive learning environment that encouraged artistic exploration and technical mastery.
